It is symbolic as the first task the newlyweds execute together, the beginning of a commitment to share whatever path their lives take. Cake cutting is also one of the wedding photographer's favorite images to capture.

When it comes to cake decor, there is really no limit. We have the best two pastry chefs in town.  Not only are their cakes out of this world delicious they look beautiful.  Again, these 2 ladies are very creative and very talented at recreating from photos.

Food & Beverage:

Prices for food and beverages for your wedding will vary by type of menu selected. We can coordinate a sumptuous buffet or a full service dinner complete with wait staff. Menus are customizable and we offer a full range of international cuisines. Our team will work with you to offer you a variety of delicious choices to best suit your budget and personal taste.

Average food and beverage costs:
* From $100/person at private villas
* $150 - $600/person at resorts

Package prices include all necessary plate ware, glassware and flatware for menu selections. Staffing will be calculated separately once your villa has been selected

$139/person Includes:

* 3 Appetizers
* 1 First course (soup or salad)
* Two types of bread with butter
* 1 Main course
* 1 Dessert
* Domestic open bar for 4 hours
* Coffee and tea service
* Set up includes round tables, linens, silverware, dishware, glassware, center piece for each table, chairs, décor (torches, luminaries)
* Waiters and bartender for 4 hours, set up and break down, services and tax

* Garden gourmet with fresh mango and jicama, warm goat cheese with pear on crouton, pecan and balsamic dressing
* Fresh of the day tuna sashimi (Denni's Signature recipe)

Main Course (please select 1 option)

* Fish Wellington with saffron sauce
* Grilled tenderloin with a cabernet blackberry demi glaze
* Mole poblano with chicken and sesame seeds
* Steamed beef tamales with grilled tomatillo sauce
* Lamb pozole with ancho pepper
* Grilled pork loin carnitas served with salsa bar
* Fresh grilled fish of the day with Baja garnish
* Veal Osso Bucco from Wisconsin ($5/pp extra)
* Rack of lamb al pastor style ($6/pp extra)
* Grilled chicken breast stuffed with ricotta cheese, chorizo and spinach
* Veal chop from Wisconsin grilled with a morel sauce ($5/pp extra)
* Combo with Black Angus beef filet with black mole sauce and grilled lobster tails ($7/pp extra)

Fresh corn and flour tortillas will be provided by our staff.

o A Warm chocolate cake with dark chocolate sauce, mango sorbet, red fruit and fresh grilled almonds
o Fresh mango "thousand leaf" served with whipped cream and fresh mango sauce
o Bailey "floating island" with sponge cake and grilled pistachio
o Mini cheese cake with mascarpone cream, coffee and Baja red fruit berry sauce
o White and dark chocolate cylinder with truffle mousse, strawberry coulis and a mini tamarind crème brûlée
o Lemon grass crème brule served with almond cookie
o Pure cacao (90%) chocolate cake served with a red fruit sauce and cinnamon ice cream
o Apple upside-down tart tatin with cinnamon ice cream and caramel
o Trio sorbet platter served in a martini glass with almonds macaroon

* Extra hour for waiter service $13/waiter per hour
* Extra hour for bartender $14/per bartender per hour
* Centerpieces: 3 squares or round clear glass with candle & sand or water with floating candles

* Events of 50 persons or less: 8 tiki-torches and 20 luminaries
