Villa Recommendations for Ceremony & Reception Site

20 - 40 Guests:

All above villas will have an Owner Specified Event Fee as well as a possible Home Owners Association Fee for on-site events.  Most villas have a 3 night minimum and maximum occupancies.  Also, most villas have noise restrictions after 10 pm.  Events are based upon owner’s approval.  Please call or email the weddings department for exact nightly rates, fees, requirements, and availability.
