Our on-site planners and coordinators can arrange anything from small, intimate weddings to large, lavish affairs. Our experienced staff will offer plenty of options and suggestions for creating the perfect event. 

The Wedding reservation process works in three easy steps:

1). Read through the following information to see if a destination wedding is right for you.
2). Request a response from our Wedding Accommodations Specialist and Wedding Coordinator by simply completing the Wedding Questionnaire and emailing it to weddings@cabovillas.com.
3). Reserve your wedding location.

Due to the volume of Wedding Questionnaires we receive, please allow 3 business days for a response.  Coordination can only be provided in conjunction with accommodations booked through our agency. 

We are definitely full service offering assistance with accommodations, ceremony and reception planning, transportation, extra activities, private cruises, etc.

Every wedding we create is unique.  We don't sell packages or pre-designed themes. We ask every bride and groom to fill out an in depth questionnaire to give us a really good idea of what they are looking for. We are happy to arrange weddings from 2 - 200 people.  We can arrange weddings in villas, on the beach, at a resort or on a boat—almost anything goes.

Payment Policy
A deposit of $200 is required to secure your date and time. In order for us to guarantee your chosen suppliers, we need a signed contract and a 30% deposit. Advance payment is required for all anticipated costs prior to the wedding. Payments can be made by direct deposit, check or wire transfer.

Note: Please reserve your space early to ensure the availability of your favorite venue, date and time. Also be aware that most villas and resorts charge an extra fee to hold a wedding and/or reception on site. Please check with your ESSV wedding coordinator for specific details.
